No Returns / Refunds
At Turvotek, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations for any products once they have been purchased and dispatched.
Exchanges for Defective Items Only
We only offer exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you receive a defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery to qualify for an exchange.
How to Request an Exchange
To initiate an exchange for a defective item, please email our support team at info@turvotek.com or turvotekgreen@gmail.com with the following details:
- Order number or proof of purchase
- Description of the defect or damage
- Photos or videos clearly showing the defective component
Once we verify the defect, we will arrange for the replacement component or product to be sent out. The item must be returned in its original, unused packaging.
Customized Solar Components
Cancellations, modifications, or returns for customized solar mounting structures and custom ACDB/DCDB combo boxes are strictly not permitted once production begins.
Warranty & OEM Claims
Standard warranty claims for integrated components (e.g., Havells switchgear, Statcon Energiaa inverters, solar panels, etc.) are routed directly to the respective OEM manufacturers under their standard warranty policies.
